1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ringbotic’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the services immediately.
2. Services Provided
Ringbotic provides VoIP communication services, including but not limited to:
- Business phone systems.
- Call center solutions.
- SMS/MMS messaging.
- Additional features like IVR, call recording, voicemail transcription, and customizable call routing.
Ringbotic services are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
3. Fair Usage Policy
To maintain service quality, unlimited plans are subject to reasonable business use. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Auto-dialing and predictive dialing.
- Bulk messaging, spam calls, or any activity that generates unusually high volumes of traffic.
- Use for non-business purposes or operations outside of normal business scope.
Ringbotic reserves the right to monitor usage, enforce limitations, or suspend service if usage is deemed excessive or violates this policy.
4. Numbering Policy
Number Assignment and Availability: Numbers listed as available may not always be assignable due to external restrictions or errors. Ringbotic reserves the right to assign alternative numbers when necessary.
Porting Policies: Accurate and complete information is required for number porting. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of porting requests. Unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious porting is strictly prohibited and may result in service suspension or legal action.
Toll-Free and Vanity Numbers: Toll-free and vanity numbers are subject to additional terms. The first 100 minutes per month are included at no cost; subsequent usage is charged at $0.025 per minute.
5. Emergency Services
Service Limitations: Emergency services rely on accurate address registration and are subject to network availability. They may be unavailable during power outages, network interruptions, or when used outside supported regions.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must register and regularly update their physical address to ensure proper emergency call routing. Failure to do so may result in service limitations or delays.
6. Billing and Payment
Payments must be made in accordance with your selected plan (monthly or annually). All charges, including applicable taxes, are due as invoiced.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds are provided only when explicitly stated in our refund policy or required by law.
7. Messaging and SMS/MMS Compliance
Consent Requirements: Customers must obtain clear, verifiable consent before sending any messages.
Prohibited Content and Campaigns: Customers are prohibited from using messaging services for:
- High-risk financial offers or scams.
- Gambling or betting campaigns.
- Adult content, including explicit or offensive material.
- Any unlawful or unethical activities.
Opt-Out Compliance: Customers are required to honor opt-out requests promptly, ensuring that no further messages are sent to opted-out recipients.
8. Liability and Indemnity
Limited Liability: Ringbotic shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Customer Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Ringbotic harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from misuse of services or non-compliance with messaging laws or regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
10. Modifications to Terms
Ringbotic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of the service following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination and Suspension
Ringbotic reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without notice for violations of these Terms or if required by law.
12. Credit Reporting Authorization
Ringbotic is in the process of obtaining approval to report positive payment histories to credit bureaus. At this time, payments made to Ringbotic are not being reported.
By purchasing Ringbotic’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the possibility of positive credit reporting for timely payments if and when approval is obtained. This authorization applies to both future and retroactive payments.
Opt-Out Option: Customers who do not wish to participate in credit reporting must contact our support team to opt out within 30 days of receiving notification of Ringbotic’s approval to report payments.
Reporting Scope: Only positive payment histories (timely payments) will be reported. Late or missed payments will not be reported to credit bureaus under this policy.
